DESCRIPTION:
Texas Refinery Corp.'s STEAM
CYLINDER OIL is a greenish/brown colored oil. It is designed with
an exceptionally high heat range to provide protection in the severest
conditions.
Besides being a high heat oil, it is
an oil that contains rust inhibitors, oxidation inhibitors, extreme pressure
additives, non-foaming additives, and even a special lubricity additive.
HELPFUL HINTS:
If the condensate shows droplets of
oil, either too much oil is being put into the system or the oil is not
being completely atomized.
Too little oil is indicated by a groaning
sound. This means the piston rings are in actual metal-to-metal contact
with the liner.
A milky color in the condensate or exhaust
is a good sign that just enough oil is being fed into the stream.
SUMMARY:
Designed to lubricate cylinders in compressors,
STEAM
CYLINDER OIL offers the added protection that equipment needs in
today's industry.
